My Books
I would like to dedicate this book, Intimate Dawn: A Time of Thoughtful Respite, to all those out there coping with mental health concerns, those riding the ebb and flow of emotions accompanying the illness, and those who have, like myself, accidently discovered how the art finds a way to heal the soul.

Community Projects
PhotoVoice’s vision is for a world in which no one is denied the opportunity to speak out and be heard.
PhotoVoice’s mission is to build advocacy skills within disadvantaged and marginalized communities.
This is Randy
Randy Bullerwell was born and raised in Yarmouth, Nova Scotia, now living between his homes in Pentz, NS and Aruba. He has been creating photography for over 20 years with the past 9 years exploring and practicing Therapeutic / Mindful Photography.
Randy is inspired by local photographers including Margot Metcalfe, Catherine Mooney, Freeman Patterson, and Maurice Henri. As for a literary influence, Antoine de Saint-Exupery’s “The Little Prince” plays a major role in his photography - With age, comes a renewed and revived life purpose that penetrates his artistic choices and expression.
With plans to continue developing and facilitating photography workshops and retreats, Randy has an ongoing commitment to learning as a photographer and to advocate for mental wellness.
Randy continues his photographic exploration and the conducting of “Photovoice” in Nova Scotia and abroad. To date, he has developed and facilitated “Photovoice” workshops in Nova Scotia with Elders (2024, 2025),Aruba with Children (2015, 2022, 2023) and in The Gambia, West Africa, with Youth (2017).
